Artificial Beach In The Maldives

The western seafront of Male’ is its recreational center. Here there is what can be found as a sweet little beach that has been made from breakwater and tetrapods. There is a whole new range of fast food cafes surrounding it making it an ideal spot for tourists to relax and hang out. Beyond the cafes and restaurants are open fields large enough to accommodate soccer and cricket games. Further up towards the ferry there are fairground attractions at the Majeediyya Carnival along with a bowling alley. These is also when you look the other way a tetrapod monument which is a mini concrete statue that forms in part the life saving breakwater for the city.
