We invite you to join us at the 21st North American Catalysis Society Meeting to be held from June 7 to 12, 2009 in San Francisco, California, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel located directly on the Embarcadero waterfront.  This meeting is a premier scientific event in the field of catalysis research and development.  Technological challenges and state-of-the-art research will be presented and discussed.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

There will be plenary lectures, several keynote presentations, five parallel oral sessions, and three poster session.

Plenary lectures

To be given by the winners of the Boudart, Emmett, and Houdry Awards of the North American Catalysis Society and by Professor Gerhard Ertl of the Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society in Berlin.

SCOPE

Submission of papers dealing with original experimental and/or theoretical research on the topics listed below (or related topics) is encouraged.  All the abstracts must be submitted through our website, which will be available from August, 2008.
